This Labyrinth experience will offer lessons from the "feathered" ones
to "awaken" within us a deeper understanding of Self-Care & Compassion.

Lunch Provided: included-Costco Pinwheel Sandwiches (Vegetarian Options) , iced lemon water, tea & coffee.
Participants are asked to bring a snack or food item to share which could include:
(ie veggies, fruit, salad, mini muffins, cookies, dip, chips, pretzels)

for trimming and mowing the labyrinth for our use.

Come welcome the transition of the season as September boasts the last bursts of Summer.
Take time for a deep breath as the approaching Fall air hints to the coming of cooler weather
and days when light leaves us earlier and earlier! Together, we will bid goodbye to the lazy crazy days
of SUMMER allowing this sojourn to envelop us with calm as we transition to the busy life of fall and winter.
