I offer retreat & reflective experiences that invite others into a safe place to attend to their personal and spiritual work.  At times creative expression (ie poetry, color, sound, journaling) provides a threshold for entering inner sacred space. This tangible expression is not necessarily about "making" art but  the invitation to touch the HOLY within.

I facilitate a monthly spirituality group called the “Soul Circle” (2009-Present), have companioned novices for the OFM friars interprovincial formation program, led one day retreats for local Catholic, Lutheran and Methodist faith communities, presented  spirituality workshops for a Deacon Wives Conference in the Diocese of New Orleans and Deacon wives day of reflection, Milwaukee. During the past year virtual engagement has been used for presenting a series for Sinsinawa Mound Center.

As a Certified Boundless Compassion Facilitator, I co-planned and directed a Boundless Compassion and Franciscan values retreat in Peoria, Illinois . This retreat can be adapted for parish, college level, faculty, associates and formation programs for those interested in integrating Franciscan values with Boundless Compassion components.
