Days of quiet reflection & walking the Labyrinth
Labyrinth walking is an ancient practice used by many faiths
for spiritual centering, clearing, contemplation and prayer.
Entering the serpentine path of a labyrinth,
you walk slowly while quieting
your mind and focusing on a spiritual question,
intentions or prayer.
Labyrinth reflection days are intended to be experiential...
it is through the "walking" that the wisdom and blessing
of this ancient meditation tool is discovered!
