Come welcome the transition of the season as September boasts the last bursts of Summer.
Take time for a deep breath as the approaching Fall air hints to the coming of cooler weather
and days when light leaves us earlier and earlier! Together, we will bid goodbye to the lazy crazy days
of SUMMER allowing this sojourn to envelop us with calm as we transition to the busy life of fall and winter.

Lunch Provided: included-Costco Pinwheel Sandwiches, chips, iced lemon water, tea & coffee.
Participants are asked to bring a snack to share (ie veggies, fruit, mini muffins, sweet bread, cookies)

Please submit deposit or full fee within 2 weeks prior to the scheduled retreat day via Zelle or USPS
NB: If you sign up for a 1-day retreat and must cancel, do so by 1 week prior to the scheduled event.
If you cancel in less than a week or do not show up, you are responsible for
lower end of the full sliding scale retreat fee.
