Sr. Stella DeVenuta, OSF, I am a Sister of St. Francis of Assisi, St. Francis,Wisconsin.
As an artist and a trained spiritual director-companion. I offer retreat & reflective experiences that invite others into a safe place to attend to personal and spiritual work.  At times, creative expression (ie poetry, color, sound, journaling) provides a threshold for entering inner sacred space. This tangible expression is not about "making" art but an invitation to discover and touch the HOLY within oneself.

At SanctuStar Oasis, I host a monthly spirituality group called the “Soul Circle” (2009-Present).
Additionally my ministry has included: 

• Companioning OFM Friar novices interprovincial formation program

• One day retreats for various Catholic, Lutheran and Methodist faith communities

• Spirituality Day of Reflection for a Deacon Wives Conference in the Diocese of New Orleans and Milwaukee.

• Labyrinth (in person) and virtual programs for Sinsinawa Mound Center

• As a Certified Boundless Compassion Facilitator, co-designed and presented a "Boundless Compassion and Franciscan values" Retreat. This retreat can be adapted for parish, college level, faculty, associates and formation programs for those interested in integrating Franciscan values with Boundless Compassion components.
